Who we are

This policy explains how Datamint Ltd. (company number 517290409, "Datamint", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information. Datamint provides an AI-powered accounts receivable and collections platform.

The policy covers our website datamint.biz, our contact and demo-request forms (including forms submitted through LinkedIn advertising), and our communications with prospective customers. Personal information we process on behalf of our customers inside the Datamint platform is governed by our agreements with those customers.

We process your information based on your consent (when you submit a form), our legitimate business interest in responding to and following up on business inquiries, and legal requirements. We do not sell your personal information.

You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying "unsubscribe" or contacting us at privacy@datamint.biz.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed for the purposes above. These include our CRM provider, email and calendar providers, video-meeting providers, website hosting and analytics providers, and advertising platforms such as LinkedIn. These providers may use the information only to provide their services to us.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case the information will remain subject to this policy.

Retention, security and international transfers

We keep prospect information for as long as it is needed for the purposes above, generally up to 3 years after our last contact with you, unless a longer period is required by law. You can ask us to delete it earlier.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including access controls and encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, but we work to protect your information and to respond promptly to any incident.

Some of our service providers store information outside Israel, including in the United States and the European Union. When we transfer information, we do so in accordance with applicable law.

Your rights and how to contact us

Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, and other laws that may apply to you, you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also withdraw your consent or object to marketing at any time.
